Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on latex clothing due to its intimate nature, nor custom items. Accessory returns will be determined on a case-by-case basis. 

If an item arrives damaged or defective please reach out immediately and a repair request will be processed free of charge.

All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Please contact me at rubberrelief@gmail.com to start a return or exchange. After the items are received and examined, I will notify you before issuing a refund or exchange. Please note that all shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount (notwithstanding damaged or defective items).
