Don't let a pesky little tear or a broken zipper be the end of your beloved garment! 

• To get a quote for repair, please email me at Rubberrelief@gmail.com. Be sure to provide detailed images and a description of the damage. After we have settled the details you can send me the garment(s).
• Once the garment is received, if I feel as though the scope is different from what was agreed upon or that I cannot complete the repair I will contact you to discuss next steps.
• Repairs are guaranteed (with reasonable wear and tear) for a year after repair and can be revised if something happens to it within that time.
• Garments must be thoroughly washed inside and out and talced before shipment. They should be free of lube, shine, and all other fluids. Failure to do so will result in a $25 cleaning fee PER ITEM or cancellation of the repair.
• I collect 50% of the fee to hold as a deposit while making the repair and collect the remaining balance prior to sending your item(s) back. I will provide detailed images and description of the repair before sending it back to you.
• You are responsible for shipping and will be charged at the time of final payment.
